1. Introduction and Acceptance

bs33 (also referred to as bunny or the "platform") is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") defines our legal relationship with every individual ("user" or "player") who uses the bs33 website and related services.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

• Driving License
• Birth Certificate (where applicable)

bs33 may place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

bs33 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

• Minimum deposit amount per transaction: ৳500.
• Use the correct payment reference number when making a deposit.
• Only deposits from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name are accepted.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if an identity verification process is ongoing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• bs33 may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal request.
• The applicable wagering or rollover requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if unusual transactions or fraud are suspected.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on bs33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any transaction fees charged by the user's bank or mobile banking provider are the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bs33 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To use this bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

• The bonus is applicable only once and only on the first deposit.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25x (deposit + bonus).
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If multiple accounts are created to take advantage of bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• bs33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• If a user breaches the bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Policy and Fair Play

bs33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming experience for all players. All games on our platform are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others).

6.1 Game Results

8. Account Suspension and Closure

• Breach of any clause in these terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or unusual activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The need for an investigation by the relevant authority.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, please contact our support team. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, except in cases of closure due to a breach of terms.

9. Responsible Gaming
